Rapid prototypingThanks to temporary, single-use moulds, we quickly produce your prototypes. They are then adjusted and serve as a reference for final production.

Each order will faithfully reproduce the initial prototype.

3D Modelling: Our technical design office creates detailed drawings and realistic 3D renderings to validate shapes and volumes.
Textures & Finishes: Choose physical samples of Creatzo® structural concrete and ESTEZZA® Terrazzo designs from our sample shop.
Approve your specifications: Validate the textures, colours, as well as the size and density of the marble or glass aggregates.

Test mould creation: We build a temporary mould to bring your 3D design into the physical world.
Prototype manufacturing: The first physical piece is cast in the material of your choice.
Refinements: We adjust the sample piece using CNC milling, hand-finishing, and apply the final touches.
Final Validation: You receive your prototype for final review and approval, to confirm it is ready for production.

Production Mould Creation: We manufacture your durable, long-term production moulds and launch the manufacturing of your collection.
First Batch Delivery: We ship your first production run (minimum of 10 units per model) directly to your warehouse.
Just-in-Time Re-stocking: Your moulds remain in our workshop. As soon as your inventory levels drop, simply place a new order.
